PROBE FOR IRREGULAR SHAPES
Advanced solution to acquire, at definable accuracy, the surface of irregular rings and bangles with a very precise mechanical probe and to apply on top of this new geometry the generated tool path at the desired Z-axis quotes.
This device is able to customize limited production lots of wedding bands in unattended operation since the rings are picked up from one pipe, put into the vise and unloaded in another pipe after completion of the process.
Note: the bands must have the same internal diameter. (No automatic collet change)
